I have used Sean Dinneen several times over the years. First time was back when he only specialized in commercial and industrial property to list my ~41,000 square foot building for lease.

In a down market Sean was able to find a Tenet and negotiated a 5 year lease. Towards the end of the lease I used Sean to sell the building and identify a replacement property out of state. We ended up negotiating a 1031 exchange purchase agreement.
